    Description

MADE IN USA - fits spar style procross and proclimb cat designed chassis from 2012 - current, 500, 600, 800, 1050, 1100, 998 - and yamaha cats from 2014 - current, sidewinder, srx, viper, transporter... This is a belt blowing pan that fits inside lower belly pan under the clutches, designed to protect plastic and other surrounding areas during a belt blowing situation. THESE THINGS BLOW BELTS,, the lower plastic gets cracked out and your clutches are taking on snow, call your dealer for a new lower belly pan and its on back order till may,, this protector covers the whole area for total protection where its needed most.
-- unit wraps around the top and bolted to oem upper pan hole for added protection and strength, full length all the way to the back.. made from thin steel so its light, and coated with an aluminum coating called aluminized steel, tougher because its steel but coated with aluminum for rust resistance, simple install.
    - i had a belt blower and shot over dozen belts through this thing,,, its tested well, Below 0 Husky Tough
    ..
    - you will receive ONE BLACK PAINTED unit. - no screws
    - FAST SHIPPING - SHIPS THE SAME DAY YOU BUY
Attachment Instructions - this is an easy, low skill lever project. pre cut holes in my part for easy attachment. refer to pics above...
    - remove the foot guard with 4 torx screws.
    - remove outer torx screw in corner of plastic so panel can be separated a few inches.
    - use the 2 holes on bottom, slide pan in place and reattach with 2 oem torx bolts on bottom with pan in between as shown.
    - on top line up 1 hole with existing hole in upper oem pan as shown, install 6mm or 1/4" button head bolt & nylock nut with washer(s) on both sides and done..
    - i like to add at least 1 more button head bolt w washes on the top for extra belt blowing strength... just set a rag over your clutch to catch the chips and drill another hole location and add a bolt or 2.
    - Another option to add strength is drill (3/16) 1 rivet out on bottom belly for the lower hole and replace with a 5mm bolt and nylock with large washers as shown, or another longer rivet.  i like using oem yamaha apex ect, rivets as the cat replacements are china junk....
