    Original vintage Vietnam War Ace Novelty Tokyo Japan silk scarf that belonged to ..
    U.S. Air Force Colonel J.D. Tindall who began his military career during the during the Korean War .. an F105 fighter pilot during the Vietnam War, completing 100 missions over North Vietnam. Member of the 333rd Fighter Squadron,
    flying F-105 Thunderchief
    and possibly from this time frame, 4525th Fighter Weapons Wing (Nellis AFB) when he would have received this scarf,
    Col. Tindall received many awards and honorifics for his work and service including the Silver Star Medal and the Distinguished Flying Cross.
