This bolo tie has been beautifully crafted by Zuni silversmith Lincoln Zunie. The Ram's head has been inlaid with carved black onyx, white shell and turquoise. The bolo measures 2 1/2" tall by 1 7/8" across. The dangling tips are inlaid ram's hooves which measure 1 1/4" tall. The tie is 40 1/2" long, including the dangles. This bolo tie is in great vintage condition and ready to be worn.
Helen & Lincoln Zunie made inlay works for decades and became known for their unique style. Collectors from all over the world recognize a Zunie piece, and their work has been featured in many Native American art books.
