Vintage Mid-Century Universal Coffeematic Chrome Coffee Percolator 4428~USA Made!
Immaculately Clean and in brilliant Chrome and Bakelite! This vintage mid-century piece of Americana was crafted by Landers, Frary & Clark of New Britain, Conn. and manufactured right here in the US of A. It features a clear top perk glass in the lid, a coffee light/dark 5 position brew adjustment lever and a red "brew done" indicator light letting you know when the percolating process has finish and your ready to enjoy a hot cup of Java-Joe (the way we use to make it). This piece is in very good condition with some light use, age and storage wear yet in nice collectible condition, thoroughly tested before listing and works perfectly.
This Coffeematic 4428 measures approx. 11.5" tall 8.5" wide (across the handle and pour spout) and is 5" diameter at the base. It weighs in at 3lbs 6oz. and Includes the original and ample 6 foot long 110-120VAC detachable cord that feeds the main unit with 400W of power. The pot has a capacity of 40 fluid ounces when filled up to the full mark, which I think translates into 8 coffee serving cups (or something like that). Apparently back in the day the manufactures that made these ole beauties had a different definition of how many ounces  a cup of coffee should be???? Go figure.
Also included with your purchase will be an extra (spare) bulb... in case the one for your brew indicator ever burns out and needs replaced.
