Tested Angenieux 28mm F/3.5 R11 Retrofocus Wide Angle Lens in M42 Screw Mount

Here's an M42 version of the Angenieux 28mm F/3.5 wide angle lens.  The last 2 pics were taken with it on my Canon EOS SL-1 with an adapter (not included).   The lens is in very good condition showing only light wear.  The glass has some light haze inside and there's some possible VERY fine web fungus at the edge in a couple spots on the back side of the front element. It's hard to see unless the light hits it at the right angle.   The white stuff you see in the front pic is a paint defect/loss on the interior mounting ring of the lens, not the glass.
The blades work smoothly end to end but the indicator point is a bit off from the marked value as you can see, when wide open, the pointer is closer to F/4 and will pass F/22 by a bit at the other end.  I'm sure this can be adjusted when you have it cleaned.  Smooth, easy focus end to end,
Thanks to eBay's/PayPal's current policies regarding returns, we will no longer sell most items as working, but rather "officially" as parts, not working. Also thanks to the same policies, we will no longer ship directly to any country other than the US.
The purchaser, upon receipt, might not agree as to my assessment of condition, but that's what it was HERE in MY opinion and it's being sold officially for parts or not working.  It may or may not work at all when you get it!  NO RETURNS!  If you don't agree to these terms DON'T BUY IT. There are more for sale on eBay (for a LOT more $$$ of course).
