Nun and Bulkhead Brace Kit with Stainless Hardware (6 pieces, plus 4 bolts and 45 rivets)
    These
    MADE IN MANITOBA, CANADA
bulkhead and nun braces are a must for every first gen Ski-Doo Rev.
This brace kit is designed to reinforce and/or repair your 2003 to 2009 SkiDoo Rev bulkhead/nun. These have been designed from and tested on multiple chassis' to assure proper fitment and precise bend angles that fit the chassis exactly as intended making them the absolute best fitting brace kit for Revs available.
*** These will not fit the XP chassis, if your sled isn't the same body style as the one in the picture, they won't fit ***
Add these before you bend it (90%+ of Rev chassis sleds are already tweaked, I've stripped over 60 of them and counting and I don't buy crashed sleds, which is how I know EVERY Rev chassis can benefit from these braces) or after you flatten the kinks behind your exhaust or clutch to reinforce the weakened aluminum. This kit also addresses the common tear in the nun (from being tweaked) where the nun connects to the bulkhead. Includes 3 pieces for exhaust side, 1 piece for clutch side, 2 nun corner braces and Stainless hardware. Basic installation instructions included.
***These braces are formed accurately and fit as they are intended to, with all critical holes aligned and pre-cut. These have been designed from and tested on multiple chassis to assure accurate fitment and ease of installation, something you won't find in another brace kit. After 7 years of buying what I believe to be sub-par braces, I had enough with paying for products that didn't have any holes cut out or the holes and sometimes even entire piece didn't line up or fit. The poor fitment of the other brace kits available on the market are what led to the designing and production of these kits being offered here. ***
All pieces are laser cut from 5052 H32 aluminum sheet and CNC formed.
Nun Corner Braces and piece to repair the tear are .100”, the exhaust side pieces are .125” and the clutch side is .188”
    Installation Instructions:
You will need to use a pneumatic (air) rivet gun to pull these rivets, they aren't your average rivet that can easily be pulled with a hand operated rivet gun. Line the braces up and rivet them on, drill holes and add fasteners as desired. It's best to remove the factory self piercing rivets (or just grind the heads off) on the clutch side and remove the exhaust side factory brace so the new braces lay flat against the bulkhead, then drill and use bolts or rivets where the factory rivets were or next to them if just grinding the heads off. This isn't a requirement but if the engines out already it's worth doing. These can be installed with the engine in the sled, however if the sleds bent already fairly bad, it is best to straighten everything with the engine out prior to installation.
Canada Post / USPS is used for shipping.
    Shipping Time Estimates:
Everything I sell is sent the same or next business day from Canada, usually as long as items are paid for by around 4PM (
    GMT-5
) they will be dropped off at the post office that same day. Worst case is the next business day, Monday to Friday as Canada Post is closed on Saturday and Sunday. You will be sent a picture and tracking info when your label is printed. The time estimates from eBay aren't accurate, shipping transit times to the US typically take 7 to 11 business days, and 2 to 7 business days within Canada, remote locations may be longer. Postal delays are beyond my control but do occasionally happen during these times. For within Canada, packages are sent by either Expedited Parcel or in a Flat Rate Box. For US packages, Tracked Packet - USA is used, if over 2kg (when buying more than 1 kit) Expedited Parcel - USA is used.
