These covers are not tight on the actual headlight..there is a gap...if you want a snug fit..see your dealer for OEM covers.
You are  looking at a NEW custom made set of
COLORED transparent headlight covers  to
fit all rev chassis ski doo`s from 2003-2008. On
Also made to fit older ZX and S chassis ski doo's.
These covers COME IN 6 COLORS - AMBER,SMOKE, BLUE, GREEN. Custom made from acrylic 1/8 in. transparent plexiglass,
and form fitted to allow air passage between the
actual headlight and the cover to avoid excess heat build-up.
I make these myself, and you would not know that they were not factory made.
Each set is individually made by hand.
THESE COVERS ARE NOT A SEALED BEAM AND YOU MAY SEE SOME LIGHT  AROUND THE COVERS EDGES WITH LIGHTS ON..THIS SIZE ALLOWS EASY REMOVAL AND EASY INSTALL WITHOUT RISING THE BONNET COVER...

The covers are curved to allow this air flow and DO NOT touch the headlight surface in the center of the light, there is aproximately 1/4 to 3/8 inch clearance between the center of the cover and the headlight glass. THESE ARE NOT SEALED BEAM COVERS .If you want a 100% snug fit to the actual headlight, do not order my covers.
