I used the thicker set from the package. These are approximately 3/8 to a 1/2 inch. It will tighten up your foot, rest tole.   The other ones were about 3/4 of an inch. Those are the ones I used out of this kit. Just get the 2 pieces of rubber and the bag they came in. You'll have to come up with your own self. Tappers.
