Description

"Lyubitel-166V" is a Soviet medium format twin-lens reflex camera. Produced at the Leningrad Optical and Mechanical Association from 1980 to 1990, 906,248 copies were produced. A simplified version of the "Lyubitel-166" camera, the production of which was discontinued in 1981 due to complaints about the operation of the combined shutter cocking and film rewinding mechanism, in fact, the "Lyubitel-2" camera in a new case.
The body of the device is plastic. On the body you can see the places left from the "Amateur-166" for installing the details of the frame counter and the shutter button.

Rewinding of the film according to the numbers on the leader of the film, on the rear wall of the camera there is a viewing window with a red light filter, it is provided for closing the window with a light-protective shutter. The leader tape (protective light-proof paper superimposed on the film) has rows of numbers along which visual rewinding takes place. For different frame sizes (6 × 9, 6 × 6, 6 × 4.5 cm) - their own rows of numbers.
The shutter cocking is separate from the film rewind. Photographic shutter - central interlens, shutter speeds: 1/250, 1/125, 1/60, 1/30, 1/15 and "B". Thread for the trigger cable.

The viewfinder is a folding light-protective shaft, the focusing screen is a collective lens, in the center of which there is a matte circle, a folding magnifying glass for easier focusing. In the front wall of the shaft there is an opening window that turns the shaft into a frame viewfinder. The viewfinder field of view is 53×53 mm.
