    Vietnam War South Vietnamese Printed CIDG Mobile Strike Force sleeve patch. The CIDG (Civilian Irregular Defense Groups) were small units of irregular militia-type forces created by the CIA for internal security. The colorful printed patch is Un-issued, unworn condition. The CIDG Mobile Strike Force became associated with the notorious Operation Phoenix PRU Units later in the war. A very rare Vietnam War patch.
