bought in an estate auction don't know anything about it I assume not functional just a display piece but pretty interesting looking.  on the glass dome there is a hole the looks drilled but chipped out on the back side.  not sure if as made or not.  otherwise I don't see anything but I don't know what I am looking for either.  so please ask don't assume.
