Offered for your consideration is this classy Forman Bros percolator in super clean cosmetic condition and fine working order. Chrome is mirror-like with no rust, dents or dings and hardly any fine scratching which is very uncommon with an applience this old. Reflections in photos are from lighting. Bakelike parts have tested positive with Semichrome. Complete with stem & basket, glass top and cloth cord which appears to be original and still in great condition. Interior has been cleaned and has less old residue than most older percolators.
I did a 'test run' with it and it passed with flying colors but this design did not provide a shut-off when the cycle is done so you will have to time your brewing time and un-plug it. The spout works fine but must be turned to the left otherwise it drips.
Beautiful example of this model and will make a neat, useful addition to your retro small appliance collection and décor!
This is but one example of the superior craftsmanship, design, and quality materials that were once standard fare for MADE IN USA products, but (sadly) rarely seen in today's Made in China/Mexico marketplace!
