1950s-60s 72nd BOMB WING Patch

Description

My brother (now deceased) got this in homage to my father before his passing.  My Dad was a radar Navigator in B-52s and the most important man in my life. I'm not big on "stuff,"
and this may have more value, sentimental or otherwise, for another person.  Ramey AFB was a great place for a kid to grow up, and I'll never forget it.  FYI: the night my dad was grounded by the flight surgeon after having his gums cut open and cleaned, his crew died in a crash while practicing touch and go landings. I took a quick iPhone phone (above) with the info included as my brother received it.
